This year I will do more sport, I think that I need do a life more healthy because I eat thinks are not healthy and can affect my health. So for that my life will better I go to run one day a week and I go to train two days a week with my friends in a rowwing club.
This year I will not eat between hours. I want change this because when I go to have lunch or dinner, I haven't got hungry. The solution: eat more at main meals.
This year I will leave hit my sister because I think that isn't good for our relation.The solution this is: I will be more patient when she disturb me.
